Lara Folmer	Owner -  Lara's enjoys learning every day.  Her philosophy is to provide friends and clientele an experience they will not forget with services and products that are healthy and the best in the industry for a reasonable value.  She carefully selected the aesthetic skin care line (Dermalogica) and make-up line (Jane Iredale Mineral Make-up) used in the salon to ensure clients are treated to education if they wish along with a wonderful, healthy, therapeutic experience.   Many spas and salons invest in tanning beds. She refuses to make this a part of Hair & Body Affair because tanning in a tanning bed (or by direct sun exposure) is harmful to the skin.  Hair & Body instead provides a natural looking spray tan which is perfectly healthy, and retails Jane Iredale Mineral Make-up that provides a physical sunblock and Dermalogica sunblock products.
Sharon Howse	Licensed Massage Therapist - Sharon has been practicing therapeutic massage for the past three years.  She graduated from Hi-Tech Institute in April 2005.  The state accredited program curriculum included 700 hours of study including swedish, deep tissue, pre-natal, reflexology, and trigger point modalities.   Sharon was voted "Best Massage Therapist in Sumner County for 2007" by the readers of The Gallatin News Examiner.  She takes great pride in effective massage therapy for many people.  Sharon's massages are designed to promote relaxation and healing.  Her goals are to offer excellent care and customer service and to maintain longevity in her career.  In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, singing, reading, traveling  and watching movies.
Brenda Johnson	Licensed Cosmetologist - Brenda has style!  She has been a stylist for many years and enjoys a steady clientele which also grows by word of mouth.  Brenda's specialties include great looking hair designs, permanents, and Red ken hair color.  Through her career, Brenda has not only worked as a stylist, but she was employed by a make-up company as a make-up artist.   Brenda is someone that everyone can talk to.  She cares about what she does  and about others.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the Gallatin Senior Center and with her church, and enjoys acting and singing in local productions.
Sharron Maddox	Licensed Nail Technician - Sharron
Lisa Miller	Licensed Esthetician -  Lisa started her esthetics career in 2000 after graduating from Tennessee Technology Center.  For the first four years, she trained under a Medical Esthetician and learned the clinical side of skin care.  Following that, she transfered into the spa side of the business and took a more pampering approach.   Lisa joined Hair & Body Affair in April 2008, and soon after went to the International Dermal Institute for training in Dermalogica skin care.  She specializes in customized facials, chemical peels, body treatments, face & body waxing, spray tanning, lash & brow tinting, and make-up application with Jane Iredale Mineral Make-up.
Andrea Moss	LIcensed Cosmetologist - Andrea graduated from The Lee College Beauty Institute in Houston, Texas.  She has been in the hair industry for five years.  She specializes in multi dimensional colors and loves to let her creativity run wild!  Her work is anything but ordinary.  If you are looking for a new look, she will give you a total transformation.   Andrea is also a youth pastor and enjoys mentoring and changing lives through the power of Jesus Christ.  She enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

Managing Cosmetologist - Dee has lived in the Gallatin community for many years and graduated from Ann's Beauty College. She enjoys a steady clientele that have a good time in her chair and love what she does. Her business continues to grow by word of mouth.   As a part of her education, Dee studied the theory of color.  Her specialties include hair color, and great hair styles with precision cuts. She transforms an individual's look to enhance a natural, beautiful appearance.Other stylists have looked to Dee for advice with hair color applications and other facets of stylist artistry. Dee enjoys time away from the shop with her family and friends.  She is especially proud of her son's achievements.

         Serita Summers 

Licensed Cosmetologist - Serita graduated from Volunteer Beauty Academy in Madison, Tennessee.  She enjoys an ever growing repeat clientele has made them beautiful for seven years.  She specializes in bridal and pageant up dos, Redken hair color, trendy, up-to-date hairstyles and eyebrow waxing.

Serita has also attended the International Dermal Institute for training with dermalogica.

Serita enjoys adventure and spending time with her family and friends.
