Customized therapeutic massage by Sharon Howse and Tatiana Salas


Sharon was voted best massage therapist in Sumner County 2007 by the readers of the Gallatin News Examiner! She has been practicing therapeutic massage since 2005, has strong hands for deep pressure and deep tissue work, and she is intuitive to each individual's needs.


Tatiana customizes therapeutic massage sessions to suit the needs of each client. She cares about each client and provides a methodical, relaxing service. She has a loyal following and is good at what she does.

Service Received: 60 Min Customized Massage -  Experience:
I was a little hesitant as I drove up to Hair & Body. I never like trying a Day Spa unless I have received word of mouth approval. I had not received this but had a Groupon. Right when I walked in, I knew I would be happy. The actual building was not as nice as the Spas I have frequented in Brentwood, Green Hills, and Denver but the attention to detail was present. I then met Sharon who was so warm and inviting. She proceeded to give me the best massage I have ever received. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. She also gave me stretches to do in the morning and at night. So all of this basically is to let you know that I would highly recommend Hair & Body. I live in East Nashville and will gladly make the drive!
